EULA - End User License Agreement

This is freeware for non-commercial use.
It is not free software for using in the business. For business use
you are hereby licensed to: use the Shareware Version of the software
for a 30 day evaluation period; make as many copies of the Shareware
version of this software and documentation as you wish; give exact
copies of the original Shareware version to anyone; and distribute the
Shareware version of the software and documentation in its unmodified
form via electronic means. There is no charge for any of the above.

You may install this program for non-commercial use without any
limitations. You may install this program for business use to test and
evaluate for 30 days; after that time you must either register this
program or delete it from your computer hard drive. Unregistered use
of BootRacer after the 30-day evaluation period is in violation of
United States and International copyright laws.

BootRacer Free License
You may use the licensed software for non-commercial use .

BootRacer Business License
You may use the licensed software at work, for a commercial purpose, in a commercial context or environment.
You may not use or execute two or more copies of the licensed software at the same time (e.g. on a server and on your home or work PC).

BootRacer Roaming License

The Roaming license allows an Administrator to run BootRacer from a CD
or floppy or from flash on on a specified # of machines up to an
unlimited machine site license. You may use the licensed software at
work, for a commercial purpose, in a commercial context or
environment. You may copy BootRacer software only for backup purpose
not for transferring BootRacer software to other person. You may not
use or execute two or more copies of the licensed software at the same
time.

BootRacer Site License
The Site license allows you to install BootRacer software to an
unlimited number of computers in your company. You may use the
licensed software at work, for a commercial purpose, in a commercial
context or environment. You may copy BootRacer software only for
backup purpose not for transferring BootRacer software to other
person.

This software may be distributed freely on on-line services, bulletin
boards or other electronic media as long as the files are distributed
in their entirety. This software may be distributed on CD-ROM, disk,
or other physical media without the permission of Greatis Software.

You may not alter this software in any way, including changing or removing any messages or windows.

You may not decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble or otherwise
reduce this software to a human perceivable form. You may not modify,
rent or resell this software for profit, or create derivative works
based upon this software. You may not publicize or distribute any
registration code algorithms, information, or registration codes used
by this software without permission of Greatis Software.
